Our Service provides a platform that connects users ("Users") with independent third-party transportation providers ("Drivers") who provide transportation services. We do not provide transportation services ourselves, but rather act as an intermediary between Users and Drivers.

3. User Eligibility:

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

4. User Conduct:

5. Booking and Payment:

Users may book transportation services through the App or website. Payment for transportation services will be processed through the Service, and Users agree to pay all fees and charges associated with their use of the Service. Users may be required to provide a valid payment method and authorize us to charge such payment method for any fees or charges incurred.

6.Cancellation and Refunds:

Users may cancel a booking through the App or website, subject to our cancellation policy. Fees may apply for cancellations made after a certain time period or for no-shows. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.

7. Driver Conduct:

Drivers are independent contractors and not employees or agents of TAZAN. While we conduct background checks on Drivers, we do not control or monitor their conduct. Users agree that we shall not be liable for any actions or omissions of Drivers, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or property damage.

8.Intellectual Property:

The Service and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users agree not to reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy Policy:

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information provided by Users. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties:
